Curry kabocha fried "krabong" is ancient appetizer found in burma and northern regionof thailand. Krabong means deep-fried kabocha squash with coconut milk, coconut flake, red curry paste, rice flour, and kaffir lime leaf. Served with spicy chili plum sauce and peanut.
